0W 20 synthetic in Canada

In Vancouver I can get only 0w-30 in Napa and wal mart I 've been using it for almost 4 years. according to the owner's manual 5w-20 is fine.
also filter can be found in Napa part no. 1365. front brake pad AEC7705, brake rotor p/n 85891

I don't know but i'm getting 3.5liter/100km there is no change since new
