Crazy-good residuals to make this happen, 68% on lx and ex, 66% on ex with navi. They are figuring moneyfactor (interest rate equivalent) at .00320, in case anyone was wondering.

It's a pretty killer lease deal, the residuals on the Insight will probably be much closer to 50-60% in the next year or two, so it's a great time to snatch up a low payment for any early-adopters...

My parents just got a LX on a lease. New advertisement is for $2,199 due at signing and $199 per month. My parents ended up getting it for $2,199 plus 6% tax (MD) and $189 per month. This is for a 3 year/36,000 mile lease.
