Hi, my name is Chad and I'm in the Technology and Engineering Club at Duxbury High School. We have made a green car/transportation category in our town's (Duxbury, MA) Fourth of July parade and we thought you may be interested. Are you interested?
There are two ways in which you are able to participate:
You can run in the parade with your green vehicle, in the category of green transportation,
Or you can participate in an after parade green car/green transportation show at Duxbury Middle School(the end of the parade).
Of course, you can do both.

If you own, have, or are able to aprehend a vehicle such as:
Hybrid gasoline-electric (particularly "hacked", or "plug in" hybrid
gasoline electrics)
electric
CNG/LPG/LNG
Biodiesel
Greasel/Frybrid/Greasecar (WVO/SVO)
Solar
Unique person powered vehicle (including bicycles)
hybrid SUV, truck, compact car
ethanol (e85) car or truck
Smart cars
Steam Powered
Hydrogen fueled
Smart Cars
Electric Assist
And even if you are not able to bring a vehicle, you are more than welcome and are certainly invited to attend the parade and green car show afterwards. This is the first year we are doing this therefore we feel the more, the merrier.
