After a recal / battery dump, my battery meter seems to get stuck on 3 bars until the next recal. I know the battery is charged above 3 bars because driving returns to normal. Has anyone else had this issue? also can Honda fix this?
Using higher battery capacity I get a similar bug. On a normal charge via the car, the soc gauge will hang at 3 bars soc when I actually have ~1/4 of capacity left. When I plugin charge to ~8 - 10 Ah the 3 bar bug is more pronounced, upto half the capacity. It won't recal in either situation until the battery pack voltage hits an unloaded value of 140 - 145 volts, or until the pack is charged back up above ~158 volts. This is another reason I want to implement the battery level / load gauge, so I know how long until I hit bottom.
