We are going to be trying out selling brand new, loose battery sticks to those looking for modules to repair your existing battery pack. These are 7.2V modules rated at 6500 mAh. PTC are not included or installed by default but can be installed upon request. Link:

Also if there is any interest, we are considering the option of offering to test your loose battery modules and provide a report. I am thinking of pricing it at $10 per 7.2V module plus shipping for a quick refurbish cycle and testing. You will get a report which includes a graph of voltage vs output mAh while under load, total loaded (usable) Ah, self discharge observed over 2 weeks, and our "secret sauce" number which is a combination of other results and helps in building a balanced pack. This process would take a little over 2 weeks to complete.

Your support and feedback for these options will determine their continued availability. As always we have full packs available for immediate purchase on our website: Hybrid ReVolt

We have actually created 2 different offerings for loose sticks. Individual sticks and groups of 20.

Individual sticks are $59.50 each. To have a PTC strip installed is $2.50 per stick.

Sets of 20 sticks are $999.99. Add $40 for PTC's to be installed on the set.

Shipping is via FedEx Ground and calculated by weight and distance. 1 stick shipped within Arizona is about $15, 20 sticks to the east coast would be around $75. For an exact price, go to the pages above, add what you are interested in to the shopping cart, then input your zip code for an exact quote.

I also had someone message me about stick testing. To be clear, the $10 covers testing only. You will need to pay shipping both ways or bring your sticks directly to us. The testing service is not actually something new, we have been offering it locally for shops for the past few years or those who asked. Price is good for any 7.2V NiMH module (Honda or Toyota) and also 4.8V or 6V modules. 9.6V to 14.4V NiMH modules are $15/each. So for stick testing that's $200 to test a complete Insight pack.
