Hey everybody, I was wondering if anybody has ever come across CAD drawings, or any other CAD-like file, of the Insight. They would be neat to look at, and I might make some design "changes." Maybe a 4-door, or a convetible, or maybe a regular trunk. So, let me know if you see any. Thanks

no, but i too would love to get my hands on one. i was considering modeling one for a 3d animation but if you find one, i'd appreciate if you spread the goods thanks!

___Funny you should ask. I thought I saw a line drawing of the Insight either from a page linked in this very forum or one in the Insight Encyclopedia maybe? It is not a CAD file but a simple line drawing that you could probably duplicate or create a digital CAD file rather quickly depending on the HW and SW you are using?

Nice find. Are there any models that have 3d geometry? Those look like surface models which may be hard to import into a 3d tool such as pro engineer or solid works
