JAN 2023 - my cat was stolen last month, found and fitted after market, BUT, the original cat had a sensor on the exhaust end and I'm having trouble sourcing one - any suggestions would be appreciated. The primary O2 sensor (on the downpipe) looks intact and undamaged. I get a P0141 code - Honda tell me the rear sensor has a heating element which may be the reason I get this code. On inspection under the car there was no wiring, or any indication of a 2nd sensor - hence my original thinking I only had one sensor. I suspect the thief probably yanked the wiring out. Haven't checked inside the vehicle yet for wiring. Any help from UK owners would help as it looks like the US variant is very different.

Is your car a UK manual or JDM CVT?

Only manual cars in UK have a post cat sensor.

The wiring is under the carpet under seats and behind the plastic panels under car.

I have a second hand OEM one you can have £100 inc postage.

You can see from this pic where the wiring goes.

Postscript to cat theft:
purchase aftermarket ebay 2" INCH UNIVERSAL SPORTS CAT CATALYTIC CONVERTER HIGH FLOW 400 CELL METAL UK | eBay £34 - sensor c/o Peter Perkins - 2 pipe reducers £15 - this week end was 1st real long drive (40 miles) - initially stop/start and the lean burn not working (probably as the car unused for 2 months stored outdoors in sub zero temperatures) - this morning all the above systems working - sounds a bit throaty

no error codes and passed MOT - you are probably aware hybrids do not have emissions test
I spoke too soon! - I got P0420 and the dash light whilst in traffic - cleared it - it came on again 1/2 hr later whilst driving - cleared it and continued driving for another 1/2 hr without codes - will need to monitor - it could be the cheap cat and may need to go for the US one

How is your post CAT O2 sensor inserted/fitted in relation to the pipework.
Please post a pic. You might just need a sensor spacer or elbow.
