I haven't seen enough 05 civics to tell you, but 03 civic batteries seem to last to 90k or 160k depending on the type of driving.

What type of driving tends to result in the longer life? What type is worst for battery life?

This seems to be the order:

Best: constant highway driving with a light foot
medium: normal driving every single day
worst: intermittent use
