Anyone in the UK had to make use of the corrosion warranty, either the 3 year surface or 6 year structural one? Any issues, problems getting work done? Any particular places were an Insight might corrode.

Aluminium body makes corrosion unlikely, we all know aluminium corrodes, but there is no evidence on my 5 year old car.

I am not aware of any corrosion or structural problems with any Insights worldwide. The only thing I can think of is that Mark (above) had to have his alloy wheels replaced by Honda (he could tell you more).
