Does anyone know the dos and don'ts of replacing the CV Axle seals? I just replaced the clutch in my 2001 Honda insight. Its been 2 weeks and the driver side seal is leaking now. Figure it was just its time or I damaged it somehow when putting back the CV axle. I believe it simply pops out with a screw driver but can't find any literature on it. I've seen a good youtube video on Honda civics but these seals look different. Anyone know if this is a big deal or not?
Getting the seal and going to try and see if I can figure it out.

It basically pops out as you have described, with a screw driver or similar tool. The seals are different sizes from side to side. When installing the seal the outer corner should be flush with the transmission housing/case.

When reinstalling the axel, make sure you use one hand to support the inner joint/splines on the axel as not to let it hit the seal and nick or damage the lip.

HTH,
Scott
