Just curious, if you have a regular CVT and an OBDIIC&C, what is your steady state, warmed up, level ground at 45 MPH Air Fuel Ratio? Second, how steady is it?
I’m using an aftermarket Walker brand sensor and I just don’t remember this reading bouncing around as much as it does after replacing the Honda part.
I swear I remember it reading a very steady 14.4, but now it probably averages 14.3, but with quite a bit of “play” up and down.
I’m pretty sure I can correlate the reading with the instant mpg bar, even, as it fluctuates.
Just wondering what you all have seen!

If you are using the OBDIIC&C to read the AFR ratio, be aware it is slow acting/displaying. When cruising at a constant speed the ratio should jump around some........instantly.

Thanks Willie. It’s just that I’m pretty sure the behavior is different now than before the new sensor. May have to spring for an OEM one and report my findings!

Run some "Tecron" cleaner through the fuel system and drive like you stole it for a while and see if that helps.
