Can anybody recomend a dash cover/mat that works well with the Insight, and is of good overall quality. Thanks.

Dash cover...

I just went down to Pep Boys and they ordered me one with no problems whatsoever. The grey matches the interior perfectly, it lays flat, has a separate cover for the passenger airbag, and fits great. I believe it was right around $30 with tax and it came in within a week of ordering it.

___I personally don’t like the looks of the dash mat myself but Handa-Accessories has them. You can see an example of a non-Insight install as well as many of the other available Insight accessories here. I believe one of the Insight owners: Owners --> Owners Central --> Owners web sites, had one installed in his Insight. Just look up the few pages that are still available from the link above and you will run into the Insight installed dash mat without to much trouble.

I think is were I got mine. Grey looks good in my car and cuts some of the sun dash heat down.

Thanks for all of the ideas. I was thinking of getting an Insight with a scratched dash, but it sold. So, I guess it is a non-issue.
