hi guys, i'm new to this amazing form, which i'm real excited about since they just stopped production of our amazing cars.
I've been having this unfortunate problem of my engine hesitating as of late. I lose rpms when i get up about 65+ mph on my 2001. It is totally erratic and seems to happen more when i push my engine a little harder in acceleration. I'll just have my foot on the pedal completely steady and suddenly my car will jerk a little back and then forward...which is quite disturbing and bothersome when you going at these speeds ya know, in such a tiny vehicle.
Now I have taken my car to the my honda dealership TWICE and they come back and tell me that nothing is wrong with the car...yeah right! They won't drive the car for longer than 3 miles, and it takes sometimes 10 miles to kick in and start happening. Sometimes i drive and it doesn't happen and sometimes it happens over and over. The dealership told me they would replace the exaust or something, but that was a guess for 300 bucks i'm not willing to spend unless they really know.
Has anyone had or heard of similiar problems like this???
