I was popping out to have the studded snows that came with The Deuce mounted and put on the car last night when the brake pedal collapsed and the brake warning light went on. I managed to get it back in the garage, uphill, so gravity was my friend.

Haven’t had a chance to get under it yet and it is supposed to be brutally cold this weekend.

I imagine the usual suspects are brake master, calipers/ rear wheel cylinders and lines. Any one of those more likely than the others to be the trouble spot based on frequency of occurrence?

No trail of brake fluid on the road/garage floor?

I'd check
1. the brake line under the 12v battery
2. near rear passenger wheel - link

Good thing this didn't happen when you were bringing it home from MA

Amen brother George. Funny story about bringing it home from my brother’s place (temporary storage). The climate fan is shot. I understand chewed wires to be the cause. I had to clear ice off the inside of the windshield. My bro suggested alcohol. I was thinking rubbing, my brother was thinking drinking (what was on hand). So a vodka infused paper towel did the trick. Good thing I didn’t get pulled over.
