Yup. Although they both reached the finish, they were the worst of all hybrid cars in that race, and the best, and the only.
Very interesting how #7 Toyota while leading the #8 Alonso's Toyota missed his scheduled fuel pit stop in the middle of the night and had to drive at 80 kph around the circuit, putting the pole winning #8 Toyota for the win. ACO also gave a 60 sec penalty to #7 for exceeding number of laps between fuel stops for Hybrids!

My local cable (Xfinity - Velocity) carried the race live, but stopped prior to the podium trophy presentations for any of the class winners.

Buemi in the #8 also collected an unnecessary penalty. It just happens.

Someone calculated the averages of the 40 fastest laps of all drivers. Turns out Alonso was the most consistent driver, averaging his top 40 laps 0.4 seconds faster than anybody else. I bet his 'slower' laps are still very good too, so he contributed heavily to his team winning it. Deserved the win, even if it only was a two horse race.
