hey hey...just trying to find the horn under the ol' hood. I was a bit lost; couldn't find anything remotely close to a horn-like thing under there. Anyone know where that thing is??

Hi,

Right behind the front bumper on the left of the radiator.

The service manual says, to replace the horn on the first line:
1.Remove the front bumper.

Outch, What a great place for it to be.

Just had an evil thought: install the horn on an 18-wheeler. Among other things, blow it when a distracted driver is on the phone. :twisted: [/b]

That may have awoken the driver that forced me off of the road Saturday night/ Sunday morning. I know my little stock horn didn't seem to help.

I installed a set of 130 db air horns in my RX-7 (had to remove the stockers to fit a front mount intercooler). Believe me, people pay attention to those suckers...
