Not to excuse the behavior but the "adrenaline" factor shouldn't be ignored.
Its a consequence of the "speed-up" factor that is pervasive in our lives these days. Thinking becomes muddy after too much adrenaline stimulation. Use _EXTREME_ caution when confronting others exhibiting adrenaline toxicity.
The Insight when driven as designed can do amazing things for your thinking once you let the adrenaline mentality fade into the past.
I used to commute 160 miles per day in a CRX HF. Did it for several years. When I look back at some of the risky speed related driving I was doing I can barely understand my motivations.
