I believe that I first used the word “hypermilager” here to describe xcel and others, although I had no firm definition of it. I am flattered that it has been shortened to a more pronounceable form and has come into common usage. I still have no definition for it. If someone wants to define it as 20% greater than EPA that is fine with me, although the original intent was something more similar to what Kip was describing.
