My car gained like 20% with the modification you've mentioned. You'll love it.
hypermiling techniques yields 27mpg!!!
I've taken what I've learned from driving the Insight and applied it to a recent trip to hilly Pittsburgh with my wife's Pilot, that normally gets around 19 mpg overall.
What I'm really happy to report is that the past two tanks on the Insight (over 1400 miles) have yielded 76.4 mpg and 75.2 mpg. With fall temps in the air too, not bad....must also have something to do with the switch to Mobil 1.
I wonder how I'll do once I install MIMA??
