This was a difficult task, but here are the results from today's commute home from San Ramon to Antioch (about 35 miles from the gas station). Some notable points about today's commute:
1) 105° weather
2) I had to occassionally dip below 50 mph (especially going up that darn steep hill towards Pittsburg)
3) The last eight miles or so brought me down from 120 mpg to 106.2 - traffic was just creeeeeeping along.
4) I was good about not using assist too much. Although the battery meter is low, I think it's in the middle of (yet another) recalibration.
Either way, I'm ecstatic! I'm sure this is old hat for some of you folks, but I am so darn pleased with myself. I can't wait to show my boyfriend when he gets home!!!!
