Saw one Friday in Garibaldi, OR. It was silver. I tooted the horn but do not know if he saw or heard me. It was nice to see the Doppelganger.

Saw another G1. Red one at the DOT office parking lot by the Megler bridge in Astoria, OR. I pulled up alongside the guy, rolled down the passenger window and asked where he was from. We had a very short and choppy conversation. Then he saw what I was driving and we became buddies. Jim from Portland with a good looking woman in the passenger seat.

PDX Costco today. Just gassed up and was waiting at the stop sign by the pumps to pull into the parking area to log my mileage. I was waiting for some fellow to pull out so I could pull in. The car looked familiar. He turned left in front of me and it was a dark blue G1 with Washington tags. He didn't stop so I went on to log my mileage and drive back to rainy Astoria.

I spotted this blue Gen1 in Portland, OR, a week or so ago. It belongs to Eric. And the one behind it belongs to me. Lovely cars.

Good time to get that Fumoto valve put in to replace the drain plug. Some 1/2-3/8 tubing attached to the Fumoto and you can drop your oil without removing the undebelly pan.

I saw an Insight . . .

Driving south on California 1 in Big Sur. Parked on the west side of the road, silver. Did not stop. Big Sur is still beautiful beyond words.

Saw a dark blue G1 on the 101 Warrenton - Astoria (OR) bridge heading north. Did not see him on time to toot, wave, and honk my horn.

That citrus gets around. Saw him driving north on Halliday in Seaside, OR, at around 12:15 today. I think he had WA plates. I waved but he was busy talking and missed my silver G1.

Saw a Citrus Insight today, 1 March 2020, driving north in Carpenteria at 4:00 in the afternoon on Via Real at the intersection with Santa Monica. Two people in the car.

Spotted a Citrus G1 on I-450 in Portland, Oregon, at around 2:30 heading north, Got off at exit 1D, Just a bit too far to beep and wave. Plus I was driving a 2CV which scares folks without waving at them.

Driving up I-210 towards I-5 on Thursday, 28JUL22, an reddish G1 Insight rocketed past me with MARK320 for a license plate. Insights rule!
