Spotted one in League City, Texas. I was driving my Fit sadly.

Saw one a few weeks ago where I live, but turns out I've seen that one before in 2018. This blue one was the first new G1 I've seen on the road in a while.

If it was a Texas Oil and Gas plate, likely Mudder from this forum and in Idaho, he could have been visiting Bull Dog.

His car is red. Unless he got a new car or paint job…

Spotted this 2006 near Glasgow, outside of Newark, DE.

Of course, I wasn't driving my Insight when I spotted this one...

Yes, but not standard for the US or even North America.

I did some research on the white one in question and it was originally silver.

I looked up a RoW Insight parts list and found the part numbers are specific to the Insight, however it looks like 1996-00 Civic/1997-01 Prelude ones will fit comparing with the photo bbcb posted:

Insight left: 34351-S3Y-G02
Insight right: 34301-S3Y-G02

Civic left: 34351-SL4-003
Civic right: 34301-SL4-003

I never spotted a G1 in the wild while driving mine until earlier. There was one time where I technically did, but it was parked and I've seen it before.

Found a red one in Smyrna, DE with NJ plates (the front was mounted on the driver's side of the bumper - tow hook mount maybe?) but we were going in opposite directions. I tried to turn around, but it was gone. I waved and I think the owner waved back.

I've only seen these in diagrams, never actual photos of them mounted on the car! Reminds me of the 96-98 Civics that had them integrated into the bumper.

I dig em! They remind me of the "manhole cover" wheels found on Porsche 928s, but with a slight vintage flair with the lip.

Spotted this in Newark, DE. Has Maryland plates. An older woman was driving it and didn't even notice mine. To be fair, the sun was probably in her eyes given her visor is down.

Just spotted a silver G1 heading south on US-1 near Oxford, PA.

I saw a red Insight going northbound on route one in PA by the Oxford/Quarryville exit. I was the silver going SB. Was that a peace sign you threw me? Lmao.
I've seen you before!

That was me! I didn't see you until we were almost next to each other and all I could do was wave haha.

If you've seen a red Insight in SE PA or NCC DE, it's probably me. We should meet up one of these days.

And then that is definitely you I have seen. I see you on US-1 sometimes, I also have seen you in Newark.

I'm usually on US-1 heading north to kill some time like today or to do a long 50-mile test loop. I live in Newark, so you'll usually see me there.

I'll drive past your Newark, but you'll rarely catch me in it. I prefer being in New-ark.
