While on a "cruise" to Paris, Tenn. saw a Red Insight.....WB.....I-40 towards Memphis on 09/20/06 (Wed) around mile marker 46 at 6PM?

Sorry I was going EB or I would have bought you a cup of coffee.

1200 for a new battery. I think you had better contact him again and get us fellow "Insighters" the name of the parts store who got the battery for him. I need a new battery and I'll drive from Calif. to pick up a battery at that price. Do you happen to have his name? 8)

I think the gentelman has his wires crossed a little. It's not the 12V, it's the 144V battery we are talking about.
I know that auto parts stores 12V batterys are cheaper than the std. Honda issued 12V battery.

I met with BORNLOSER and his other half today as they were traveling through San Diego. He was in his motorhome, but still had a nice visit.
