A thread for Insight spotters. From time to time we see Insights when we least expect them. I thought perhaps a thread full of only these encounters would be fun.. I'll start:

I saw an Insight in Fort Benton Montana Monday June 26th about 11 am. Folks, Fort Benton is a small, small town on the Missouri River. I was there to take a canoe trip down the river. I'm all ready to go when I see a silver Insight...WITH TEXAS PLATES. So I'm walking down the street in my PFD trying to catch the Insight, lol they read a little about Lewis and Clark and pulled away. Just about the last place I ever thought I would see an Insight.

Saw a Citrus Insight today, 1 March 2020, driving north in Carpenteria at 4:00 in the afternoon on Via Real at the intersection with Santa Monica. Two people in the car.

Saw a 2004 G1 with Lawrence County tags today 7 March at Nashville (Franklin), TN Cars and Coffee. Didn't see the driver. I was in my Red G1

Off-topic, but are those wheels any better for mpg? Even if they were a bit lighter, the stock wheels have better aero.

Walking three blocks from my house the other day in Portland I saw a citrus with the driver in it.” I have one of these.” I said “ where do you live” I asked. Right here he said. I’m sure we will talk more.

I was driving back from Ann Arbor 5/11 around 8:30pm, and a silver G1 passed me. They saw me in advance, and I drive out of my rear view mirror, so I saw them too! I was waving as they were flashing their brights at me and waving! It was such a nice surprise!

I really don't know what it is, but it really makes my day and brightens my mood significantly when I see one of our beloved little cars.

Good friend of mine retired out of Langley AFB yesterday. They couldn’t gather to celebrate, of course, so the scheduled a zoom meet preceded by a parade of folks driving by his house. Saw meoates1’s black manual cruising by all the way from Texas!

Biking home from work today (because I loaned my Insight to my son for the summer and he drove it to Texas) and passed this silver Insight on 22nd St in La Crosse, WI.

I saw a red G1 Insight on a back of a tow truck west bound on NY I-90 near Utica NY had some writing in Black on rear quarter panel.

Saw an Insight leaving the San Dimas Trader Joe's today. Driver seemed to be preoccupied and I don't think he saw me in my Insight. Even though we passed within a foot or two.
