I have had trouble getting a charge on my battery. It seems stuck on 20% . The strange thing is the assist seems to be working fine...

Try the IMA reset proceedure.
The simplist way is to disconnect the 12v battery for about a minute. Then expect a forced charge on restart until the IMA battery level is "reset".

How old is your Insight?
If it's an older Insight you might want to have your 12v battery checked. I found that I was having trouble getting & keeping a charge on my IMA battery. It was because the 144v was working so hard to keep a bad 12v going.
After replacing the 12v I had 1 recal & my charge hasn't dropped below 95%.
