The IMA goes from the top bar down to three bars and then back. I know this is normal recalibration behavior BUT>>>
I'm finding that on this Insight it happens every few days to possibly a week. My other insight is far less frequent. What might this be?? Thanks.

That is not normal battery behavior. That is a warning sign that your battery could use some maintenance charging & discharging cycling to try to save it from getting worse.

One battery is in better condition than the other.
