I have no power to the accessory outlet and have been trying to find the inside fuse panel. I pull out the little door on the left side of the steering column but can't see any fuses. I'm not flexible enough anymore to lay on the floor and look up. Any clues or pictures are appreciated.

When you pull out the little storage box your kind of looking at the top and the side of the fuse box. The only way to really get to them is to contort yourself and put your head under the dash. They are right above the foot rest. Also, note that no power is supplied to the 12 volt outlet unless the ignition is in the on position.

If you go to Wal-Mart to get a little pack of spare fuses, be aware that they're the mini-spade type, not the regular spade type...as I just discovered...
