Yeahh I wasn't sure how I would like the blue, in the end I think it came out awesome. I was just going to do the black on the headlights but the bulbs are already a bit dim so I figured it'd be best to not use black. Also I flexi-dip'd the hub caps. And aluminum blue valve stem caps.

Looks good, but do the brake lights show bright in daylight? Don't want to get banged into cause someone wasn't paying attention. Those brake lights should catch someone's attention when you hit the slow pedal.

Are you sure? In bright sunlight? I almost rear ended somebody a couple of days ago with black taillights. The only thing that saved me was the center light. I actually thought he didn't have any taillights. I only barely saw them when I was stopped behind him.

I don't understand why anybody would purposely disable a safety device that could so easily cause an accident.

In VA I believe the brake lights have to be visible from 500 ft away, parking lights 300 ft and no reflector can be tinted. Must have red on rear reflectors.

The tail lights for the later gen 2 run have black trim where the early ones were all red.

Rainsux, I get to deal with Amazon employee traffic on my commute from time to time. Those guys must not pay well as there are some real pieces of work on the road. Some have non functioning rear lamps, so got to watch your distance vs lamps. Others the lamps seem stuck on.

I think smoked looks great. It maybe the black color of the car males them look darker than they are.
