:?: I am a relative 'newbie', having just purchased my Silver 2000 5 spd. (#5490, 76,000 miles) in November. Perhaps someone can tell me how many of these wonderful little cars were produced and imported from 2000 - 2006? There are precious few along the SC Coast - most people have neither heard of them or seen one.

I don't know about North America - but the grand total of 45 Insights (all manual transmission) were sold new in Australia between 2001 and 2004

The Citrus Yellow was available in the 2001 model, which was replaced by Berlina Black for the 2002 / 2003 model. Almost all cars sold were the 2001 model. I have only ever seen 2001 model cars for sale. I do not know whether there are any cars later than 2001 other than the two black cars

There is also one red CVT in Australia (a private import).
