Just saw another blue Insight this morning around 8:30am. It was going south on Broadway (I was going north) in Everett, Washington. This is my first Insight sighting (Insighting?) since I got mine.

There is a Blue Insight I often see parked at a house in Lowell (just off Broadway). It's possibly the one you are seeing.
