The way it works is make your best deal, put up some earnest money, sign on the dotted line... then they'll "do the work" to get it for you.

Is there a priority list for the 2005 Insight???
I called my dealer and they weren't sure. I call Honda Motor company and they told me they don't work that way. I'm trying to find out if I can be put on a priority waiting list as a current Honda Insight owner financed through Honda. If anyone knows, please advise. I'm starting to think I won't be able to find one no matter how hard I look.

Well I know one of the local dealerships had someone a 04 ordered when they first came out. The trick is finding a dealership that'll order the car for you. I think we might see some Insight's being shipped to the US here in a few months for the 05 deliveries, but it wouldn't suprise me if they cap the production after a few months again like they did last year. So put your demand in now so the supply will increase.
