Lean Burn Oxygen Sensor Question

Is it possible for the dealer to adjust the lean burn oxygen sensor?

I noticed another post here from someone demonstrating better mileage when closer to sea level. All my driving is at altitudes between 5,000 and 9,000 feet above sea level. In old cars with carberators you had to adjust the air intake for the increased altitude, wonder if it is necessary or desireable to do the same with the sensor?

No there is no way to adjust an oxygen sensor. Modern fuel injected cars will automatically adjust themselves to thinner or denser air which can change by temperature of altitude. I think the increase in mileage is simply due to having denser air at sea level, and probably warmer air.
