I'm assuming this is also applicabel to all Canadian cars yes? Anyone have the recall number? I guess I'm going to have to get my dealer to get this done.

So you got the letter? I'm still waiting for mine, the Honda owners link still shows no recalls on my car.

I did not get the letter yet but it did show up on my car when the dealer checked it, about 2 weeks ago.

The dealer did the recall work today. Nice to have low beams again. Made sure they didn't touch the other recalls (why mess with perfection besides I want that free DC to DC converter when I need it not while mine is working. Have fun, Rick

I have not received the letter from Honda. However, I went to my local dealer to see if I could get on the list to have it done. They said they were still waiting for their replacement part alotment and to check back around the 20th. They did verify that my car required the service (already knew that!) and that the campaign number is 04-015.

Thanks for the capmaign number. I may call my local dealership and inquire about it this week. I'm still somewhat hesitant though. Last time they removed the steering column covers they made them so they wouldn't go back together properly. At least they replaced them free after I pointed it out afterwards, but bear in mind, they might just pry until they get them free.

Ok little update, I went back and read the recall more in detail. It's for 00, 01 and some 02 Insight's. I was at the dealership and had them run my vin, showed no recall. I said I was pretty sure it was for 02 Insight's as well, he pulled up what they had and it said only 00 to 01. So going above the call of duty he went as far as to pull up the part numbers to compare of a 01 and 02. They were the same. So I really don't know what to think now, but I guess I don't have the recall on my car.

Unless anyone knows to the contrary? My car is serial number 559, has anyone with a 02 (or anyone for that effect) gotten a recall letter?
