It seems like out of nowhere i have this problem now that when I accelerate gently the car lurches for and aft like the engine is stuttering or something. Also i dont know if related but my pass. window is super slow now.

See if your symptoms match the description of "engine hesitation" in this thread. If they do, get an EGR valve replacement.
