I have a 2000 with a 5 speed manual, drove it to where it sits, shut it off a then the engine wouldn't crank. So far I have verified all grounds are good, jumpered the starter cutoff relay and the clutch position switch, which enabled the car to crank from the ignition switch, but still wouldn't start. Disconnected the fuel line at the passenger side firewall and verified that the fuel pump is not running. It does have spark and was able to get it to sort of run with short bursts of ether. It's my understanding that the cars main relay controls both the crank circuit and the fuel pump circuit..... the problem is that I can't find the main relay....can anyone tell me where to look?

Thanks, found it, checked the relay with a 12v battery, and a digital volt ohm meter ,. The relay is not the problem....no fuses blown anywhere.... what's left??? The ECM ?
