FYI: 1994-era Accord chrome door handles work in the Insight... you'll need to remove the chrome handle from the Accord and put it into your insight housing. I've done this several times.

Factory floor mats are increasingly rare, and IMO not worth the staggering price tag. I absolutely love my aftermarket Lloyd Mats Northridge mats.

Is the actual trunk release button broken, or is it one of the following (more common) issues:
-Whirring trunk latch sound occurs (when pressing button), due to broken TLC or;
-nothing happens (when pressing button), due to corrosion in the passenger B pillar wire harness?

Thank you for the information, when I press the actuator to release the trunk nothing happens. So corrosion in the B pillar is where I should be looking?
