I was able to identify the port here is the link just in case anyone else has the same problem:

Parts 1 and 2 correspond with the port.

Hello,
I'm having trouble identifying this port that is close to the shifter. I'm not sure of its purpose, but I'm inclined to think that there should be a vacuum line attached to it. I have attached two pictures. One is a closeup of the port which is highlighted by a red circle. The other is an overview shot with an arrow pointing into the the area that this port is located. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris
