No, I think it is a fuel flow sensor. It was a part of the turbo transmission system experimented with briefly before Honda settled on the CVT. Didn't realize any of them had not been reclaimed after the feasibility tests. One can learn about it here:Ewww I hope that's not a magnetic "fuel saver" on the line...
