Does anybody have a copy of the Honda Executive that made the comment that "no American has had to pay for a battery replacement"

I can't find it. I tried the link above, but it's talking about something different.

Has any body paid for a replacement yet? if so, how much.

We need to get this information so that when we need our batteries replaced all the information would be easy to get.
