Actually the blue 24 pin connectors are used in multiple places, such as behind the radio/cigarette lighter molding. And another pair of 12-pin gray connectors is used on the side of the car behind the glove box for the passenger door harness.

I realized that the length of wire attached to the harness does not matter since I am able to get new pins/receptacles. So if you have some you want to convert to some movie tickets or dinner on the town, send me a PM and let me know what you want for them. (Except the scammers!)

I have found that many of the ECU connectors are AMP/TE Connectivity, Multi-lock .040 or .070 series and available on Digikey or Mouser but for how much longer? I found a TE Connectivity connector very similar to the Sumitomo connector you pointed me to but it is not the same one. One of my junque harnesses has the TE Connectivity connector with the same pin out and it does not fit.

So I am very glad that you pointed out this source! It looks like the IMA fan connector might be in the Sumitomo series.

Now I need to identify some suitable wire. I enjoy using the new silicone-insulation wire but I think something that can better withstand nicks would be better.
