There are no major changes for the 2006 Insight and, from at least one perspective, that is good news: the Insight retains its position as the most fuel efficient car, according to the EPA. For the seventh straight year, the Insight leads Honda's lineup -- and tops the charts for all makes and models -- in terms of fuel-efficiency. With the rising costs of fuel, this may be what keeps Insight owners smiling as they go to the gas station.
