Can't get the LTO BMS Board IDs annotated correctly per pic so when I go to individual block info nothing is presented. I input 203 the what I think is ID D03. I must not understand the secret code or how the system works. Since I only have four boards currently installed I set the LTO cells to 48.

1) What about ID0 & ID1? Why have you started at ID2? You must start at ID0 in the menu.

2) You only need D03 not 203, or D04 not 204 etc from your ID's . This was explained in one of my videos.

3) So for ID0 in the menu list you should have V003.

So for your 4 boards you should have..

ID0 = V003
ID1 = V004
ID2 =V005
ID3 = V006

Set them like that and report back.

works correctly. Feels good. I went over all of your videos in this thread and I could not find where you described designating board id's. When you sent me the latest code for the 2680 you did say, "Mail the ID data/pics to me for info". None-the-less please explain how you got id0 to be V003. I don't understand your reference to "You only need D03 not 203" above. D03 is the lowest ID number but how is D03 related to V003 when its id is 0?

On the OBD2C&C Menu what does the Flag Lto Chks on/off do?

In one of your videos you monitor 12 cells and set a cell-voltage flag so the charger will stop once the flag value was reached. Where is that flag set and how is that incorporated so stop the charger?

I was trying to evaluate the efficiency of my packs and the screen parameter didn't match the parameter sheet. I think they should read:
249 = Ahi; 250 = Aho; 251 = Whi; 252 = Who; 253 = Ah-; 254 = Wh-

Wh- & Ah- are not currently implemented in the ODBIIC&C_LTO_V01_2680_060520_US LTO software.

249 = "Ltp","Lto Pack Voltage "
250 = "Lth","Lto High Cell V "
251 = "Ltl","Lto Low Cell V "

after installing the two remaining BMS boards I set the OBD2C&C "LTO Cell No" to 12, disconnected all boards from the harness except 202, went to "LTO BMS id Info" then sequentially disconnected BMS boards and connected the next board. I verified the OBD2C&C reading corresponded to each board number. When I completed the quarry I went to "LTO BMS id" and entered each ID into the software, starting with id0 = 02, and proceeded to enter the other cell id's 03, 04, 05, 06, 07. I then changed "LTO Cell no" to 72 and reset the OBD2C&C. I get no information on the screens for individual cells nor on the screen that lists Hi/Lo voltages. Does the software need to be reloaded in order to load new ids?
EDIT:
the initial data input took long enough that I needed to attach a 12V battery charger. After I reset the OBD2C&C a P-code showed up. I disconnected the charger, reset the P-code and all battery voltages appeared. Lesson Learned - be sure there are no codes.
