Does anyone know where the easiest place to gain access to the passenger airbag wiring is.

If I open the glovebox & look up at the underside of the dashboard I can see a connector & some wires, I think these are the wires to the airbag, but I'n not 100% sure, don't want to cut the wrong ones

I am installing an airbag kill switch you see.

As a Master Automotive Technician I have one little bit of advice reguarding air bags. If you are unsure of exactilly what you are doing, do yourself a big favor and take it to a professional to have the work done. If you have ever seen an air bag deployed accidently you won't want to see it twice. Passenger safety restraint systems should only be repaired/ worked on by a trained professional. Some items on a automobile are best left alone by the unqualified "shade tree" mechanic.

Don't get me wrong, I have done this on cars in the past, just not on an Insight.

As long as I can locate the correct wires there will be no probs with actually doing the work, I used to wire up helicopters for a living.
