While chasing some unknown wires under dash was lead to this primitively mounted board on left side of shifter.
Removed it and tucked below radio. One pushbutton mounted on rear of shifter housing [now removed] and one on right of lower central console frame. Lots of wires from these items headed under right floor mat.
Are these things associated? Previous owner added quite a few unknowns...

Amazed at how somebody achieved that with so few wires and so many crafty traces.
Perfboard.

Also curious about what it is.
I agree with Peter: probably a manual IMA one-off.
Those relays (shudder) are a dead giveaway that it's man-in-the-middleing something.
Kudos to the designer for using fuses.
