I attempted to grid charge a pack today and upon plugging in the harness I heard a pop inside the Prolong grid charger. Once I turned it on, the voltage display showed 132v at -.002amp. I took it apart and discovered the fuse blew so I replaced it, but the display still only showed 132v at -.002amp and the new fuse blew right away. So I replaced the fuse again, but unplugged the harness and it's still only showing 132v at -.002amp. It used to show 180v when the harness was not plugged in. What else should I be looking at to replace? Upon searching, this does not seem to be a common problem. Thanks

Yes, the power supply inside fried. Unfortunately, my probes were misplaced on my multimeter and the polarity on the batteries I was planning to grid charge were then showing the wrong polarity, so it was 100% my own mistake. I ordered a new power supply (LPC-20-350) and replaced it. All is well now.
