Hi all. Recently bought a Honda Civic with a bad battery (IMA light, not charging). I removed the battery from the car as I will be deep discharge/charge cycling it.
To get a resting voltage I touched the multi-meter probes to the main +/- terminals on the battery (Switch in ON position), but I got no voltage?! I touched the negative probe at points further towards the -ve output from the pack itself and got a voltage reading of 141V just before what seems to be the battery relay. Can anyone confirm if this is normal?
