Silver was parked across the street from a parking garage. Suddenly the doors locks began clicking off and on several times. David was sitting in the car (turned off) waiting for me when he noted this happening. :shock:

Is it possible that another Honda owner in the garage was fiddling with their remote and it had the same programming? Or was it simply an internal thing concerning the door locks themselves?

Was the key fob in his pocket, by any chance, so that while he was sitting the buttons got pressed? BTDT

Betting on other Honda...

I've noticed sometimes when I'm locking my car with the remote in a parking lot that other Hondas, particularly their SUV, will flash their lights. The weirdest thing I've seen is an Pilot honked in tandem with the Insight.

Other than initial revulsion that my car would have any common elements with a detestable SUV, even just a transmitter signal, I didn't think much of it.

These things aren't unusual: Fords in the seventies were notorious for having interchangable keys, and some wireless bicycle computers were capable of opening garage doors. :lol:
