Has anyone experienced repetitive shocks during deceleration (when you release the accelerator)? Wondering what causes it... Anyone tried to reset ECU to solve this issue!? Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanx!

repetitive shaking / shuttering

Sorry for my poor English.
It is rather more like shaking / shuttering during the deceleration.
I wonder what causes it. Is it to do with EGR valves!?

I get this too. at first I thought it was because I was too slow to push the clutch in (trying to get full regen!) but it happens sometimes even with the clutch pushed in. If anyone has an idea of what I can say to the honda mechanics who don't ever listen to me anyway (um, /bitter) it would be awesome.

I think I found a solution to stop shaking / shuttering during deceleration.
It's to do with DTC P0401 (troubleshooting code).
The service manual suggests to clean the intake manifold EGR port & the passage inside the EGR valve with carburetor cleaner, or elase replace the EGR valve.
