Just to let you guys know, the Insight did itself proud on a recent road rally (where crews compete to be on-time given a particular route rather than competing to be the fastest) that I entered. It was the first for me. The Insight, with the help of my navigator friend, placed 2nd! We were surprised and delighted! The BIG NUMBERS of the speedometer certainly helped in keeping the desired speed. Much of the rally took placed on mountain roads and I managed to drain the battery to 3 light bars! I've never before drain the juice to more than 1/2 empty since most my drives are on flat roads and I am fairly light-footed. Anyway, it was a fun event/drive and I recommend road rallies to all...Lot's of fun!
