I'm noticing after rain my seat belt is wet, i.e., it's getting wet from the roll-up compartment on the side right behind the door. Is water getting in here?:

. . . or from underneath? Thought I'd ask since it's hard to stump you guys, as in, you've seen this very issue before. . . .

At the very last he mentions how the top clip need a sealer to stop "wet seatbelt." Can anyone suggest a simpler way -- other than something ugly I might come up with? Going through a entire panel removal seems like overkill, not to mention a damage risk.

Silicone seal the trim piece on the top, (roof)
